Therefore, to solve this problem we have created a way where you can store these documents filed with the tenant/unit/property they relate to. Additionally, you can even select to share specific documents with your tenant such as their lease, lead-based paint disclosure, etc. (Document Storage is offered as a premium add-on).

Maintenance Requests

Maintenance Requests are one of the easiest ways to win or lose a tenant's respect and business. A statistic published by a large multi-family housing association states that more than 60% of maintenance requests reported by tenants had not been completed within 1 year of their report date. With electronic tracking of maintenance requests, landlords now can prioritize and resolve more maintenance requests in a timely manner. Additionally, landlords can also track statistics based on which tenants may be requiring significantly more maintenance than others.
